An article entitled "Breathing Down Your Neck! The Impact of Queues on Customers Using a Retail Service" written by Dr. Martin Dahm, Prof. Dr. Daniel Wentzel, Prof. Dr. Walter Herzog and Ms. Annika Wiecek has been accepted for publication by the "Journal of Retailing".

The article examines empirically the extent to which the feelings, perceptions, and behavior of customers are influenced by queuing when using the services of a retailer.
