Prerequisites

Seminar Didactics of Business and Economics and preparatory seminar for the practical training phase:
Successfully completed Basic Module Didactics of Business and Economics from the Bachelor’s program “Teaching Degree with Focus on Business and Economics for German Vocational Colleges”, or an equivalent achievement

Accompanying seminar for the practical training phase:
Successfully completed Basic Module Didactics of Business and Economics from the Bachelor’s program “Teaching Degree with Focus on Business and Economics for German Vocational Colleges, or an equivalent achievement, successful attendance of the seminar Didactics of Business and Economics and the preparatory seminar for the practical training phase from the Advanced Module Didactics of Business and Economics in the Master’s program “Teaching Degree with Focus on Business and Economics for German Vocational Colleges”.
In order to register for the examination, students must provide evidence of academic achievement in the seminar Didactics of Business and Economics (completion of a semester paper (15 pages) and presentation (45 minutes) and evidence of academic achievement in the preparatory seminar for the practical training phase (completion of a semester paper (15 pages) and presentation (45 minutes) on their research assignment. Students must also have attendance of and active participation in at least 70% of classes.

Examination

The grade for the module is determined from the grading of the 15- to 20-page research paper
